House Rules
Across all our properties, please observe the following rules:
Check-in time is 3PM - 10PM and check out by 10AM. You will be required to self check-in with keypad
Sorry, no pets are allowed in any of our properties. If you are visiting with a service or assistance animal, please contact the offices ahead of booking.
Please note smoking is strictly forbidden within the apartment and within the apartment entrance. An additional cleaning charge of £100.00 will be debited from guests deposits if any evidence of smoking is found.
Parking is directly outside the apartment, it's generally safe, however we cant accept any responsibility for our guests or their visitors cars.
Loss of keys will be charged at £20.00.
The use of hair dye or fake tan is not permitted. Please do not use the towels to remove make up.
We use a security deposit system, and you may be charged up to £100 for any damage to the property
No stag or hen parties, guest are free to invite friends or relations to the apartment, however, this is restricted to no more than four persons at any one time.
Guests are required to behave in a responsible manner, respect the apartment and our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 10pm and 7am. This includes causing any sort of nuisance or disruption or using threatening or abusive behavior.
Guests are not permitted to use the apartment for any illegal or immoral purposes.
An additional charge will be made if the Management team is called out in response to a nuisance complaint. Any breach relating to noise or disturbance will result in instant removal from the premises.
We take the health and safety of all our guests seriously. On arrival, guests should familiarise themselves with the layout of the apartment and exit options in the event of an emergency.
Please also be aware that our properties are upstairs and guests must be comfortable to climb stairs - Second floor apartment approximately 24 stairs in total, two flights of 12 stairs.
